Nicholls Property Management — Customer Care Texting Program

These terms describe the text messaging program operated by Nicholls Property Management (a residential property management business in Delta, British Columbia, operated by Gregory Steven Donne Nicholls doing business as Nicholls Property Management). By providing your mobile number to us and agreeing to receive service text messages, you accept these terms.

Program description

We send one-to-one customer care text messages to our tenants, property owners, and service contractors about their own existing tenancy, property, or work order. Messages are transactional service communications only, including:

- Appointment confirmations and reminders (inspections, showings, and maintenance visits);

- Maintenance scheduling and updates; and

- Tenancy-related notifications (for example, strata-mandated building notices and access arrangements).

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through this program.

Messages are sent from our team texting number, +1 (778) 652-9523.

Who receives messages

Recipients are people with an existing business relationship with us who have provided their mobile number directly — on a signed lease or management agreement, in a maintenance or service request, or in direct conversation with our team. Consent is to service-related text messages about your tenancy, property, or work order only.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a few messages per month, tied to appointments, service work, and notices affecting your tenancy, property, or work order.

Cost

We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply under your own mobile plan, depending on your carrier and plan. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us (you may also use STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT). After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message, and we will not text that number again for this program unless you ask us to resume. Opting out of texts does not affect other communications about your tenancy or property, including legally required notices.
