Service Requests to Nicholls Property Management

In true emergencies, contact Police, Fire or Ambulance by calling 9-1-1

For urgent requests, or for assistance in the event of severe damage from fire, flood, wind, etc., please contact us immediately at Phone: (604) 749-4676 available 24/7/365 and you will be assisted.

PLEASE NOTE: If damage is actively occurring to the property (for example; Water Leak from Plumbing, etc.), and you are not in immediate danger, it is your responsibility to take action towards preventing further damage like turning off water, power, etc. and contact us and/or a relevant professional trade immediately; all costs will potentially be covered for actual not-at-fault emergencies if you are insured.  Owners and Tenants MUST carry their own respective Insurance Policies to protect themselves and their respective properties and it is their sole responsibility to ensure the policies are right for them and to protect their own interests.  

Nicholls Property Management or Greg Nicholls is not responsible for any property-related damage or personal liability.
