Existing Tenants
Please visit your Tenant Portal to submit all non-emergency service requests.
For urgent service requests, call us immediately at 604-749-4676. If you cannot reach us, things like a water leak need to be addressed by the Tenant right away with every effort to prevent damage to the property.
Prospective Tenants
Please Complete a General Tenancy Waitlist Application and submit it to greg@nichollspropertymanagement.com
